We created Hidden Oaks Resort to be a peaceful place where guests can relax, reconnect, and create lasting memories. To help ensure every guest enjoys their stay, we kindly ask that you observe the following house rules.

Check-In & Check-Out

  • Check-in begins at 4:00 PM.

  • Check-out is by 10:00 AM.

  • Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request and are subject to availability.

Registered Guests Only

Only the guests included on the reservation may stay overnight unless prior approval has been granted.

Quiet Hours

Please respect neighboring guests and the peaceful nature of the property. Quiet hours are observed daily from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

Parties Or Live Events

Parties, large gatherings, and unauthorized events are not permitted without prior written approval.

Smoking

Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside the cabins.

Occumpancy 

Please observe the maximum occupancy listed for your cabin.

Fire Pit & Outdoor Fires

Please use outdoor fire features responsibly. Never leave a fire unattended and fully extinguish it before leaving the area or retiring for the evening.

Hot Tub

For your safety:

  • No glass containers

  • No diving or jumping

  • Children must be supervised at all times

  • Follow all posted safety instructions

Respect The Property

Please treat the cabins and surrounding property with care.

Any damage beyond normal wear may result in additional charges.

Wildlife & Nature

Hidden Oaks Resort is surrounded by beautiful Tennessee countryside.

Please respect local wildlife, remain aware of your surroundings, and avoid disturbing natural habitats.

Safety

Guests are responsible for supervising children at all times.

Please use caution around decks, trails, fire features, and other outdoor amenities.

Lost & Found

Hidden Oaks Resort is not responsible for lost or forgotten belongings.

If an item is found after your departure, we'll gladly coordinate its return. Shipping costs may apply.
